The Samantha Kelly Memorial Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization qualified as public charity by the IRS. The Memorial Fund is also registered with the State of Maryland as a charitable organization. The Board of Directors of the Memorial Fund is committed to non-profit transparency and accountability and participate in the GuideStar Exchange Program.
